Give a warm welcome to Charlotte, Zebicon’s New Service Assistant
Charlotte is a trained retail professional with 30 years of experience at Matas, where she has worked in several different stores. Since 2001, she has primarily worked at the store in Give.
From a large corporation to a smaller company
After three decades in the same industry, Charlotte was ready to try something completely new. The opportunity to take her career in a different direction was one of the things that sparked her interest in the position at Zebicon.
She was also drawn to the idea of becoming part of a smaller company rather than a large corporation. As the job description suited both her and her current situation, the position felt like a natural next step.
“There were actually several things that sparked my interest. It was completely different from what I had done before, and I really liked the fact that Zebicon is a smaller company. At the same time, the job description suited both me and my situation,” Charlotte explains.
A great start at Zebicon
Her first few weeks have introduced her to new colleagues, new responsibilities, and an entirely new industry. Although moving from retail to Zebicon has been a major change, Charlotte has gained a positive first impression of her new workplace.
“There are so many lovely people here, and it is wonderful to see how well organized everything is. I especially appreciate that an entire onboarding program was prepared for me,” she says.
Charlotte has already made her mark around the office. After her first thorough round with the duster, the plants, decorations, and other small items had all found new and more carefully considered places.
Family, friends, and an active lifestyle
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her little dog. She also plays badminton and occasionally golf, as well as attending cardio and Pilates classes.
At Zebicon, Charlotte will become an important part of daily life at the office, helping ensure that practical tasks run smoothly.
