ZEISS ScanPort

A flexible solution for semi-automatic 3D scanning

ZEISS ScanPort is a mobile and flexible all-in-one solution for semi-automatic 3D scanning of small and medium-sized objects. The system consists of an automated robotic arm which, in combination with a rotary table, can achieve full 3-axis movement with just one click.

You can use ZEISS ScanPort together with ATOS Q or GOM Scan 1, ensuring accurate and reliable measurement results - and making it easy to achieve consistent scans whether you work in the quality control department or in the production.

With ZEISS ScanPort, the scanning process is automated, eliminating manual intervention during the scanning process. The integrated robotic arm can be raised, lowered and tilted in multiple directions, and when used with the rotary table, provides complete and effective coverage of the object from multiple angles and distances.

The system supports repeated measurements with the motion replay function, where the same scan sequence can be replayed over and over again, which is ideal for measuring mass-produced parts or for recurring quality checks.

ZEISS ScanPort is easy to move around and requires minimal setup, so you can easily deploy the system wherever the need arises. This makes it easy to adapt to changing needs and work more flexibly - even closer to production.

ZEISS ScanPort is used with ZEISS INSPECT - an intuitive and complete software solution for working with 3D scanning. The software makes it easy to scan, inspect and compare parts with CAD data and supports both manual and automated workflows.

Using pre-defined templates, you can scan without having to program the software every time. Simply place the part on the rotary table and start scanning. In addition, the workflow assistant guides you step-by-step through the entire process, and in kiosk mode, scanning can be performed operator-independently via fixed instructions.

ZEISS ScanPort is based on advanced technology such as Blue Light and Fringe Projection, which ensures high precision and sharp data quality - even on detailed or complex surfaces. The system is automatically calibrated with a DAkkS/ILAC certified hyperscale, ensuring stable and reliable results every time.

As ZEISS ScanPort can be combined with both ATOS Q and GOM Scan 1, you have the flexibility to choose the solution that best suits your measurement tasks. The 3D scanner can also be removed and used separately - e.g. for larger objects - so you get more out of your equipment and can solve more types of tasks with the same investment.
