Welcome to Morten Bjerg – New Technician at Zebicon

We are pleased to welcome Morten Bjerg, who has recently joined Zebicon as a technician.

Morten brings many years of experience within metrology and has a strong technical background as a trained electronics technician. Throughout most of his career, he has worked more with measurement technology than with traditional electronics.

Extensive Experience in Metrology

For the past 15 years, Morten has been part of the measurement department at Siemens Gamesa, where he has worked with measurement systems and equipment for validation and certification of prototype wind turbines in the company’s development department.

The world of metrology is therefore far from new to Morten, who has spent many years working with technical solutions and advanced measurement equipment.

New Technologies and New Opportunities

While metrology is familiar territory, 3D scanning is a new field for Morten – and that was exactly what made the position at Zebicon especially interesting to him.

“Both the job and the technology sounded exciting, and I was looking for a position with a wider variety of tasks. I’ve also been used to planning my own time, which I enjoy. I believe the role at Zebicon can offer some of that same flexibility, and that makes it a really good fit for me,” says Morten.

At Zebicon, Morten will be working with service and support of 3D systems, various measurement tasks, and technical customer support in close collaboration with the rest of the team.
