ARAMIS workshop

Materialtest and deformationanalysis

28. oktober 2026 in Billund

When testing a material or component, the final result does not always tell the whole story. It can be just as interesting to see what happens along the way:

Where does the part begin to deform? How does its shape change? And how does it move while under load?

We will explore all of this on October 28, when we invite you to an ARAMIS event at Zebicon. Join us to learn more about how optical measuring equipment can be used to analyze deformation and movement in practice.

The event will feature technical presentations, real-world examples, and demonstrations of both software and hardware, giving you an up-close look at the technology.

In addition to our own specialists, we will be joined by ARAMIS expert Markus Klein, Product Sales Manager at ZEISS, who will share his knowledge of ARAMIS and its range of applications.

Practical information

Date: 28. oktober 2026

Time: Kl. 9:30 - 14:30

Place: Hedegårdsvej 11, 7190 Billund

Price: Free

Registration deadline: 19. oktober 2026

Note:

Part of the event will take place in our temperature-controlled measurement laboratory (20°C), so you may want to bring a sweater.

Please also note that much of the event will be conducted in English, as one of our experts will be presenting in English, but there may also be presentations in Danish.

Target audience

This event is for you if you:

  • Work with testing, product development, or the validation of materials or products.
  • Want to see how a part moves or responds under load.
  • Work with calculations and simulations and want to compare them with data from physical tests.
  • Want to gain more insight from your tests, enabling you to make better decisions earlier in the development process.
  • Are curious about optical 3D measurement and want to experience the technology live through practical demonstrations.

What will you take away from the event?

By attending the ARAMIS workshop, you will gain a broader understanding of the possibilities offered by 3D measurement technology.

You will learn how the technology is used in industry and how we work with 3D data in material testing.

You will leave with valuable knowledge to support your decision-making process if your company is considering investing in 3D measurement equipment for deformation analysis and material testing.
