After more than 20 years under the same management, Zebicon is now embarking on a new chapter.

Katja Ramsing has been appointed CEO, marking the first time in the company’s history that Zebicon has welcomed a new CEO. Meanwhile, Jeppe Hebsgaard Laursen will continue in a new role as strategic advisor, while Kasper Fedde Krogh will remain as CTO, responsible for Zebicon’s technological development.

Katja has been with Zebicon since 2008 and has held several key roles within the company over the years. She started in marketing, where she helped build Zebicon’s brand identity and visibility in the industry. She later shifted her focus to sales and, in recent years, has served as sales manager, responsible for consulting and delivering optical 3D measurement systems to the industry.

This also means she brings to the role an in-depth understanding of both the customers, day-to-day operations, and the business.

“Zebicon has been a major part of my professional life for many years, and I am proud to now have the opportunity to lead the company. We have built a strong position in the industry, and I look forward to further developing the business together with our talented employees and customers,” says Katja Ramsing.

An important transition in Zebicon’s history

For more than 20 years, Zebicon has been led by its founders, Kasper Fedde Krogh and Jeppe Hebsgaard Laursen. Therefore, the change in leadership is also a major milestone in the company’s history.

At the same time, it is important to us that this transition does not mean saying goodbye to the experience and insight that have helped shape Zebicon. Jeppe will therefore continue as a strategic advisor, where he will continue to contribute to the company’s development, long-term direction, and partnerships.

“After more than 20 years as CEO, this is the right time to pass the baton. Katja knows the company inside and out and has been part of much of our journey. She understands the technology, our customers, and our culture. That is why I am handing over the reins to Katja with confidence,” says Jeppe Hebsgaard Laursen.

For customers and partners, Zebicon will remain the same dedicated team they already know. But internally, the change marks an important new step – and a leadership transition built on many years of shared experience.
