Zebicon is certified to perform service and maintenance on Carl Zeiss GOM Metrology systems.
Protect and Protect Plus are one-year maintenance contracts, which ensure that your system will be up and running quickly in case of breakdown.
These contracts are ideal for companies Carl Zeiss GOM Metrology system in or near production where quick response time on support and repair is needed to minimize the risk of downtime.

Maintenance contract for your Carl Zeiss GOM Metrology system
With a Protect maintenance contract, you will receive service and maintenance of your Carl Zeiss GOM Metrology system annually.
Our technicians will proactively replace components that are prone to wear and tear to guarantee reliable performance and durability.
Protect includes:
- Recertification
- Maintenance Service (sensor, PC, and robot)
- Travel expenses regarding maintenance
- Response time within 24 hours on workdays
- Technician on-site within 3-4 workdays
The Protect maintenance contract guarantees you quick response time in case of breakdown, meaning that you will not experience a malfunctioning measurement system for longer periods.
Even faster response time on repair and maintenance
With Protect Plus, you will receive even faster response time in case of breakdown. This is ideal for companies where production run time is of utmost importance.
Protect Plus includes:
- Recertification
- Maintenance Service (sensor, PC, and robot)
- Travel expenses regarding maintenance
- Response time within 4 hours on workdays
- Technician on-site within 24 hours on workdays
As part of the Protect Plus maintenance contract, Zebicon will keep critical spare parts on stock for your Carl Zeiss GOM Metrology system in case of a defect. This way, our technician will be able to get on-site quickly with the components to repair or maintain your system

Prolong the warranty of your 3D measurement system
Hardware Coverage should be considered an insurance that covers damages or malfunction which is not caused by the user or by misuse.
If a situation arises where your system needs repair, the agreement covers all expenses towards fixing the issue.
Hardware Coverage includes:
- Spare parts in case of malfunction
- Wages to technicians related to reparations
- Response time on workdays within 24 hours
- Technician on-site within 5-7 workdays
Hardware Coverage is included for 12 months when you buy Carl Zeiss GOM Metrology hardware. Afterwards, you will have to renew the contract.
Zebicon support contract
With Zebicon's support contract we offer remote support by phone, e-mail, and TeamViewer, regarding issues related to Carl Zeiss GOM Metrology hardware and software.
Special project
Zebicon offers development of special projects like customized software interface, measurement adapters and fixtures, specific documentation, process surveillance, and measurement consultancy.
