Experience the new ATOS Q at Automatik 2020
GOM has developed a new compact 3D scanner, which you can experience on Zebicon's stand at the Automatik trade show this year.
The new ATOS Q is a powerful 3D scanner, that is well-suited for complex measurements and inspection of everything from small injection molded parts, molds, and tools for manufacturing components. This 3D scanner has a compact design and a weight of less than 4 kg, which makes it mobile and flexible to work with and can be used in both a measurement lab and on the shop floor.
ATOS Q has incorporated ATOS technologies as the Triple Scan Principle, Blue Light Equalizer, and precise calibration as a self-monitoring system with active temperature management.
The Triple Scan Technology makes it possible to measure reflective surfaces and objects with undercuts. Blue Light Equalizer increase the brightness of the light source, which result in a short measuring times even on non-cooperative surfaces, while the self-monitoring ensures consistent and high-quality measurements.
Versatile 3D scanner with different configurations
The ATOS Q is equipped with exchangeable lenses, which make it possible to measure both small and medium sized parts. To accommodate the different metrology demands, the ATOS Q is available with two different camera resolutions of respectively 8M and 12M.
ATOS Q can be used manually, in a semi-automated setup or ad a fully automated solution combined with ATOS ScanBox 4105. The automated solution has several advantages: Series measurements can be carried out easily and quickly, the measuring results are reproducible and influences through user intervention are reduced.
Experience ATOS Q at the Automatik trade show
Zebicon takes part in Automatik 2020, which is being held in Brøndby on September 8-10. Here we are ready to demonstrate scanning with the new ATOS Q and talk with visitors about 3D scanning, automated solutions, and the use of metrology systems.
